Billing Policy

From 5 January 2026, our updated billing policy will be:

Weekdays (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM):

• • Non-Concession Cardholders:
    • Standard appointment: $40 out-of-pocket
    • Long appointment: $50 out-of-pocket

  • Concession Cardholders & Children 15 & Under:
    
    •

    • Bulk billed
    •  

• No-Show Fee:
  • $40 non-rebateable fee for missed appointments.

• Payment Process:
  • The full consultation fee (including the Medicare rebate) is charged at your appointment.
  • Your Medicare rebate will be processed back to your account 24 – 48 hours after payment.
  • If your consultation type changes, the total fee may differ, but the out-of-pocket amount remains $40 or $50 for valid Medicare card holders. View our full fee table here.
